Cold brew coffee is a type of [[Coffee|coffee]] that is brewed by steeping the grounds in room-temperature water for several hours. This produces a very distinct flavor profile, that usually is more akin to chocolate. My main gripe with cold brew coffee is that it tends to destroy the subtle notes that the beans possess, so I am usually more partial to make [[Japanese Iced Coffee|Japanese-style iced coffee]], which is more respectful to those flavors. When I do brew it, I usually stick to the [[Old School's Cold Brew Coffee|tips]] that Aitor from [[Old School Bakehouse]] gave me.
