American [[Minimalism|Minimalist]] artist born in 1933 in [[Jamaica, Queens]], [[United States]]. Working exclusively with commercially available fluorescent light tubes, he created luminous installations that transformed architectural spaces through colour, light, and seriality. Died 1996.
