An official recipe for one or two cups with slight adjustments, designed for the [[Orea Brewer V4|V4]] by [[Orea]] themselves. It uses the **fast bottom** by default, and a **flat paper** with the Negotiator. The [official guides](https://www.orea.uk/guides-v4) also include this piece of advice:
> _Please use our timings as suggestions. Use the coffee's behavior as your pouring guide. **We pour when we see the water level almost reach the coffee bed._**
