A journal entry is an [[Obsidian Entity|entity]] that stores information about a given day. I use these notes in [[Obsidian]] to store the [[Daily Notes Plugin|daily notes]]. Journal entries are per-day, and they also include a collection of [[Check-in|check-ins]] that happened that day.
