[[Large Language Model|LLMs]] (and, for that matter, most of [[Machine Learning|ML]] models) are _grown_, not build: we cannot tune the exact insides; instead, we have a process where we can tune _some_ things and mostly _hope_ that they have the effect we are expecting.
