For the longest time, I have just left my backpack and shoes simply lying around the house in different parts. I would like to have a single area that mentally let's me offload that, a place that I know it's where stuff waits for me when I leave home and where I drop off stuff when I arrive. In the hallway, there is a small corner, 60cm x 60cm, that would make the best place for it. I would like it to: - Have a (relatively big) **shoe rack** with easy access: no doors or lids. The coat wardrobe exists for that and I don't use it because it's too much friction. - Have a place to leave, at the very least, **two backpacks**. Hanging them is probably not ideal. - A small place to leave **everyday carry items**: wallet, keys, etc. Maybe a couple of charging stations as well. - Some **light** to help, since that corner is not that well lit.
