The [[Glove80]] includes a comprehensive [[Keyboard Tenting|tenting]] mechanism, that consists on threaded M4 screws that makes its legs height adjustable. Simply unscrewing the legs makes the tenting a bit unstable, but the keyboard comes with some nuts and silicone o-rings that allow to make it more stable.
Since tenting is not for everyone, and depends mostly on personal preference, I'm running a one-week experiment using each half of the [[Glove80]] in a different tenting position, to evaluate how each one feels.
## Testing for tenting
On 2025-03-18, I have configured each half of my [[Glove80]] on a different tenting configuration:
- The **left half** has **extreme tenting** using the extended M4 screws included with the keyboard: the thumb cluster's leg is 3.5cm tall, and the top and bottom ones rest at 2.7 and 3.2 cm respectively. My palm rests on the keyboard at around **22º**.
- The **right half** has **no tenting**: all the legs are completely screwed in the case and there is no elevation, my hands rests on the keyboard at around **14º**.
