Zarza Bourbon Aji is a filter coffee from [[People's Possession]] that I bought at [[Old School Bakehouse]]. The beans come from [[Finca Zarza]] in Huila, [[Colombia]], produced by Jonathan Gasca. The tasting notes are cherry yogurt, lime candy, strawberry milkshake and black currant.
