An idea that I first heard pronounced by Alex Tena over at CARTO, and that I came to fully agree with. Originally, context switching was something to wary of: it usually reduced the amount of work that you could do or the quality of it. Up to some extent, in the agentic programming era, this is not the case any more. You can be productive while context switching, as long as you can find the right moments to do it – you should not be afraid of context switching, you should get good at it.
