The PARA method is an organization system for notes, that provides four categories that try to encompass every possible note that could be needed. The four categories are:
- Project: Short term efforts in your life or work you’re working on now.
- Area: Long term responsibilities you want to manage over time.
- Resource: Topics or interests that may be useful in the future.
- Archive: Inactive items from the other three categories.
