One of Europe’s oldest surviving Jewish cemeteries (in use ~1439–1786) with roughly 12,000 crowded, layered gravestones; burial site of Rabbi Loew, the Maharal (associated with the Golem legend). Entrance via Široká 3; part of the Jewish Museum circuit alongside the Spanish Synagogue.
