Within Snowflake, you can choose in which type of cloud environment your code is expected to run. These environments are known as warehouses.
As of September 2023, after a chat with a Snowflake advocate, we know that these are the following specs of each one:
- Regular warehouse: 5GB
- Optimized warehouse: 200GB
The timeouts are not strictly related to the warehouse itself, and he said that they can be changed by support if needed at any point.
