An official small-dose recipe by Dara (Madrid) for the V4, published in the official guides. It uses the open bottom by default, and a flat paper with the Negotiator. Like all V4 recipes:
Please use our timings as suggestions. Use the coffee’s behavior as your pouring guide. We pour when we see the water level almost reach the coffee bed.
