No sabes qué es querer, pero desde luego —en esto no tienes dudas— mentirte no es querer y te ha mentido, humillarte no es querer y te ha humillado. Querer es decir la verdad. Decir la verdad es confiar en la valentía del otro, en que es capaz de encajarla, en que merece conocer la información. La verdad, eso es querer. La verdad sin anestesia, sin algodones, sin compasión. Pero decir te quiero no es querer, igual que las Ofelias no se mueren cuando se ahogan en el escenario.
